This document is the licensing agreement for Deftki music. All Music, Sounds, Presets, Loops, Samples, Midi, Photos, Videos, Art, will be referred to in this document to media and content.  As the user, purchase holder, or shopper, will be referred to as the buyer. 

Only the initial buyer is given this limited non-transferable license to use the media and content, licensed to you by Deftki. As these rights were not sold to you; Deftki music still reserves all rights to the original media and content. You, the buyer, are granted the license to use this material creatively, meaning in conjunction with other elements. Do not redistribute individual aspects of our work, including all media & content.
